TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the online sale of products offered by VITALIK on the website https://vitalik.online (the “Site”).
Placing an order on the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the customer.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are transdermal patches with caffeine, plant extracts and vitamins (the “Products”).
The Products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They do not replace medical advice nor a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The descriptions and photos of the Products are provided for information purposes. Minor differences in presentation may occur and do not affect the essential characteristics of the Products.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included where applicable, excluding shipping costs which may be added depending on the delivery method and destination.
VITALIK reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applied to the order is the one in force at the time of order confirmation by the customer.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may be applied. These remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Orders
The customer selects the Products and adds them to the shopping cart. Before confirming the order, the customer can check the details, total price, and correct any mistakes.
The order is final only after confirmation of payment.
VITALIK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:
- an existing dispute with the customer,
- suspicion of fraud
- obvious error in price or description.
5. Payment
Payment is made online at the time of ordering, by the payment methods offered on the Site (for example: credit card, PayPal, etc., depending on availability).
Payment data is processed securely by our payment service providers. VITALIK does not store customers' full bank card details.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the ordering process.
Delivery areas
As a general rule, we deliver to:
- European Union countries (where logistics allow),
- other countries worldwide when available (as indicated at checkout).

Indicative delivery times
Unless otherwise specified on the product page or during checkout, indicative delivery times are:
- Europe: usually between 7 and 12 business days,
- Rest of the world: variable, depending on destination and logistics conditions.
These times are indicative and may vary, for example during busy periods, public holidays or customs delays. They do not constitute a firm commitment.

7. Right of withdrawal (European Union consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order, without needing to provide any reason.
For hygiene and safety reasons, this right of withdrawal applies only to Products that are:
- unopened,
- unused,
- in their original, intact packaging and in perfect condition for resale.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods, by email at: contact@vitalik.online, indicating your name, order number and the Products you wish to return.
Returned Products must be sent to the address provided by VITALIK. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error by VITALIK.
On receipt and inspection of the returned Products, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
8. “30-Day Money-Back” Guarantee
In addition to any statutory rights, VITALIK may offer a commercial “30-Day Money-Back” guarantee on certain Products or offers.
The exact conditions (eligible Products, time limits, number of patches used, required proof, etc.) are specified on the sales page and/or in the FAQ.
This commercial guarantee does not replace legal warranties and applies under the specific conditions announced on the Site.

10. Liability
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the Products are suitable for their needs and situation.
VITALIK cannot be held liable for:
- misuse of the Products (over-use, use outside recommendations, combination with other strong stimulants, etc.),
- individual reactions in the event of known allergies or sensitivities (especially to caffeine or certain plant extracts),
- indirect damage of any kind resulting from the use or the impossibility of using the Products.
If you have any medical condition, are taking medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should consult your doctor before using the Products.
11. Personal data
Personal data collected in the context of orders and use of the Site are processed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookies Policy available on the Site.
12. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, design, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the customer's country of residence within the European Union.
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact customer service first in order to seek an amicable solution.
If no amicable solution can be found, the dispute may be brought before the French courts, without prejudice to the right of EU consumers to bring the case before the courts of their country of residence.
