Shipping
Delivery areas
We currently ship mainly to:
- European Union countries (where logistics allow),
- Other countries worldwide, where shipping options are available (this is indicated at checkout).

Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified on the product page or at checkout, indicative delivery times are:
- Europe: usually between 7 and 12 business days,
- Rest of the world: variable, depending on destination and logistics conditions.
These delivery times are indicative and may vary due to high demand, public holidays, customs checks or other factors beyond our control. They do not constitute a strict guarantee.
If your order appears significantly delayed compared to these indicative times, please contact us with your order number.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are indicated at checkout before you confirm your order.
In some cases, we may offer free shipping from a certain order amount or for specific packs (for example: free shipping on 2+ month supplies). Any such offer is clearly indicated on the sales page and/or at checkout.
Order tracking
When possible, a tracking number is sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you have not received it within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at: contact@vitalik.online
Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged parcel or product.
Returns & refunds
Legal right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason.
For hygiene and safety reasons, this right of withdrawal only applies to Products that are:
- unopened,
- unused,
- in their original, intact packaging and in perfect condition for resale.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Return procedure
1. Contact us by email at: contact@vitalik.online within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your full name, order number and which Products you wish to return.
2. We will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
3. Send the Products back in their original packaging, protected properly. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of postage.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong product, defect, etc.).
Once we receive and inspect the returned Products, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable legal rules. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original order, unless agreed otherwise.
“30-Day Money-Back” guarantee
In addition to your legal rights, we may offer a commercial “30-Day Money-Back” guarantee on certain Products or offers.
The specific conditions (eligible Packs, time limit, number of patches that may be used, required proof, etc.) are detailed on the relevant sales page and/or in our FAQ.
This guarantee is purely commercial and does not replace your legal rights as a consumer.
Defective Products or incorrect orders
If you receive a defective Product or an item that does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible at: contact@vitalik.online
We may request photos of the Product and/or packaging to better understand the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- a replacement of the Product,
- a partial or full refund,
- or another appropriate solution.
Our goal is to resolve genuine issues fairly and as quickly as possible.
